Ingrediens
- 1 pound pork shoulder, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 onion, chopped (optional, can be omitted for stricter keto)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

In a large pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add pork cubes and brown them on all sides.
