  • Bay leaves: 2
  • Thyme: 1 teaspoon dried
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes and sear until browned on all sides.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Transfer the beef to a slow cooker. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
