Tips and Tricks

  1. Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves bring authentic flavor.
  2. Don’t Overcook the Shrimp: Shrimp cooks quickly, so keep an eye on it to avoid it turning rubbery.
  3. Adjust the Spice Level: Add more or less red curry paste or fresh chilies to suit your spice preference.
  4. Customize Your Noodles: Rice noodles are traditional, but you can use egg noodles or vermicelli for a different texture.
